What happens on the walk

We walk the space with you.

Areas, surfaces, what gets used hardest, what has been getting missed. You point at things; we write them down.

You get a written scope.

Area by area, task by task, and how often — the same four columns the agreement itself uses.

You change what is wrong before anything is agreed.

The scope is a document, not a quote with a signature line at the bottom.
